What this website is
solopdfs.com offers free tools for working with PDF files and images: all the ones shown on the home page (merge, split, organize pages, compress, sign, OCR, convert between PDF and images, and others). The tools run in your browser: the files you choose are not sent to any server of ours. Optionally you can create a solopdfs account of your own (username and settings), which is governed by the account terms.
Liability
The tools run in your browser and provide the result as is. Before using a result for anything important, open it and check it. We do not warrant that it is fit for any particular purpose or error-free, and we are not liable for damages arising from using it without verification. This does not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Always keep the original. The tools do not modify it, but some operations do not preserve all PDF content (for example bookmarks, title and author, or forms). Each tool explains on its page what is not preserved.
Sign PDF adds an advanced electronic signature (PAdES-B-B) made with the certificate you provide. It is not a qualified electronic signature and does not carry a timestamp. Whether a PDF reader considers it valid depends on the certificate and the issuing authority. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice.
The website may cease to be available or change without prior notice.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and proprietary code of this website belong to Menzuri Gestión S.L. Third-party components downloaded by your browser are used under their respective licenses, listed on the licenses page. Your documents belong to you: we receive no copy and acquire no rights over them.
Governing law
Spanish law governs this website. Any dispute goes to the courts that are competent under the law.
