Account terms
These terms apply only if you create an account. The tools can be used without an account and without accepting anything. Version 2026-10-27.
Who offers the account
The solopdfs account is offered by Menzuri Gestión S.L. (tax ID B-27228683, Lugo, Galicia, Spain; contact: hola@solo2.net). It is solopdfs's own account: it does not depend on any other service or third-party sign-in.
What it is for
The account stores your identity and your settings. Your documents are not part of the account: they continue to be processed only in your browser and are not uploaded.
Currently, all the tools on this site are free and require no account. Paid features, if introduced, will be announced on this site first.
Minimum age
To create an account you must be at least 16 years old. You confirm this when you register.
Username, password and recovery code
You are responsible for keeping your password and recovery code safe; the code is shown to you only once when creating the account. Email is optional and cannot currently be used to recover the account: if you lose both your password and code, we cannot restore your access.
Do not share your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
Paid plans
Currently there are no paid plans or charges of any kind: the account is free, as are all the tools. If that ever changes, it will be announced on this site first and you will be asked to accept new terms.
Closing the account
You can delete your account at any time from the panel. Details on which data is erased, which is kept, and for how long are in the privacy policy.
Proper use
Do not try to access other people's accounts or overload the service. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse it.
Liability and applicable law
The limitation of liability, intellectual property, and applicable law from the legal notice apply. None of this limits the rights granted to you by consumer law.
Changes
If these terms change, the version number will increase and we will ask you to accept it again the next time you sign in. The current version is 2026-10-27.
